Cuty AI is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account we identify as belonging to a minor is closed and its data deleted.

6. Conversation content
Messages exchanged with a Cuty AI companion are stored so the companion can maintain continuity. This content is linked to your account and is not shown to other members.

Tone controls, favourite companions and interface choices are stored so your Cuty AI experience stays consistent across devices.
8. Payment information
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors. Cuty AI receives a transaction reference, the amount, the currency and the result. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
9. Technical data
We record IP address, browser type, device category, operating system, referring page and timestamps. This data supports security monitoring and troubleshooting.
10. Usage analytics
We measure aggregate figures such as page views, session length and feature adoption to understand which parts of Cuty AI are useful and which need work.

Conversation history remains until you delete it or close your account. Deleted history is removed from live systems promptly and from backups on the normal backup cycle.

You may request a copy of the personal data Cuty AI holds about you, in a portable format where technically feasible.

You may correct inaccurate details from your account settings and you may request deletion of your account and its content at any time.
28. Objection and restriction
Where local law provides it, you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
29. Withdrawing consent
Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
30. Automated decisions
Cuty AI does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you. Companion responses are generated content, not decisions about your rights.
31. Third-party links
Pages on Cuty AI may link to external sites. Once you leave, their policies govern your data and we have no control over their practices.
32. Do Not Track
Browser Do Not Track signals are not standardised across the industry. Cuty AI responds to explicit cookie choices made in our own interface instead.
